Our services include trucking, truck and trailer rental and leasing, maintenance and repairs, breakdown services, and used commercial vehicles. For our growing Trailer Rental business in Helsingborg, we are looking for a practical, service-minded colleague who enjoys taking responsibility and working with customers, workshops, and international colleagues. Your role As Fleet Coordinator, you will help keep our trailer fleet available, well maintained, and ready for our customers. You will coordinate maintenance and repairs, handle technical questions, and support the rental and leasing process. Working closely with our Country Manager Sweden, service partners, and colleagues in Oldenzaal, the Netherlands, you will balance technical requirements with customer needs and day-to-day fleet availability. 

What will you do?

• Coordinate and support the daily activities of our trailer rental and leasing fleet.
• Plan and monitor maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Advise customers and colleagues on technical questions and fleet-related matters.
• Coordinate with workshops, service partners, and suppliers to keep work progressing.
• Investigate and resolve technical complaints and damage cases.
• Support trailer handovers, returns, and technical evaluations.
• Monitor fleet availability and help maintain our quality standards.
• Keep fleet records and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Support the development of our short-term rental business.
• Contribute to process improvements and technical projects.

What do you bring?

• A technical qualification in commercial vehicle technology, automotive engineering, agricultural machinery technology, or a comparable field.
• Several years of relevant experience with trailers, commercial vehicles, or transport technology.
• A good understanding of chassis, braking systems, electrical systems, and trailer bodies.
• A structured, independent approach and the ability to prioritize your work.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence working with digital business systems.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• A category B driving license.

Experience with fleet management or CRM systems would be an advantage.
