Junior Sales Manager Poland

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening our customer base in the Polish market. You will build long-term relationships with transport and logistics companies, identify new business opportunities, and help increase Heisterkamp's presence throughout Poland.

Working closely with our international sales team, you will receive the support and training needed to grow into an independent sales professional.

As part of our continued growth strategy, we are expanding our activities in Poland and are looking for a motivated sales professional to help build our business in this market.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout Poland.
• Identify and approach new customers within the Polish transport and logistics sector.
• Visit existing and prospective customers across Poland.
• Advise customers on trailer rental solutions and tailor-made fleet concepts.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Monitor developments and opportunities within the Polish market.
• Work closely with colleagues from our international organization to deliver excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the continued growth of Heisterkamp Trailer Rental in Poland.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach.

• Affinity with transport, logistics, leasing, or rental solutions is a plus.
